Phan Rang Kite Center is located at My Hoa Lagoon, commune Vinh Hai, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.

The area was formerly part of Ninh Thuan Province and is widely known as Phan Rang. Following the provincial merger, Ninh Thuan is now part of Khanh Hoa Province.

My Hoa village is the first place in Ninh Thuan with great facilities and equipment from kite schools to promote kite surfing from around the world.

We welcome both international and local guests from November to March during the high season.

It’s easy to reach from Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces by car or plane, just a few hours on the highway or from Cam Ranh or Ho Chi Minh City airports, or even from Mui Ne or Nha Trang.

Here, our kite school provides all the necessary amenities, including accommodation, a restaurant, and kite surfing lessons for beginners and those looking to improve their skills.

We have consistent winds almost every day during the peak season, making it perfect for kite surfers of all levels. The wide beach with flat, shallow water and deeper areas with waves further out offers plenty of space to practice, learn, and connect with kite surfing enthusiasts from all over the world.
